How it works
Contact a member of our sales team via telegram to express which equipment you are interested in. Go to our “Hardware” page to get more information about the hardware before contacting the Sales member.
Once you’ve made contact with a member of our sales team, as a new member you will receive an intake order form. If you are a returning customer you do not need to fill the intake form again. After you’ve filled out and submitted your intake order form, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Click here to view our “Intake Order Form.”
Next, we will email you the invoice of your purchase order to the email address provided on the intake order form. Along with that email will be information and resources to complete the payment process.
After payment has been made and confirmed, you will receive shipment information and notification by text and email. Follow the shipment process through our third-party delivery service and or contact the account holder for your purchase order to stay informed.
Finally, you will receive your equipment in accordance with the shipping information and tracking system provided to you. Once received, we strongly encourage you to run and test all of the equipment. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues or make a warranty claim.
Intake Order form
Use this form to fill out important details about your order. Once you’ve completed the form, our team will confirm that your order has been received, and a follow-up email of confirmation will be emailed to you.

Shipping and Receiving
We select the best option and modes of transport for your freight options and or parcel needs. Kaboomracks partners with various carriers to ensure your product arrives on time and safely. You will be notified via email and or text message of every step along the way. We ensure that the process is simple and transparent. Any defective product can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund as long as you notify us within seven days of delivery. A product is deemed defective if it varies more than 10% from our specifications. We will be responsible for the return shipping cost for defective products covered by our warranty.
